I’m Laura, known by many of my clients as Coach Laur. I’m a holistic health coach and mother of three, with a deep passion for helping individuals understand their bodies beyond the number on a scale.​
My work is centred around body composition, sustainable fat loss, and personalised nutrition strategies, using a food-as-medicine approach. I work with clients both locally in Cape Town and internationally, supporting them with structured, evidence-informed guidance tailored to their individual needs, lifestyle, and goals.
I work with clients to address a range of lifestyle and wellness factors that directly impact overall health and body composition, including weight management, food cravings, stress regulation, fatigue, sleep quality, and movement patterns.
My approach focuses on identifying underlying patterns and imbalances, allowing for targeted, sustainable interventions rather than short-term solutions. The goal is to create measurable, lasting change while supporting the body as a whole.
My passion for nutrition began long before I formally entered the wellness space.
